General Summary:

The Administrative Assistant to the Board of Directors plays a vital role in supporting the GHRA Board’s operations and communication. This position ensures that the Board functions efficiently, complies with cooperative governance best practices, and is well-coordinated with GHRA’s executive leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and committed to the mission and values of the cooperative.
Primary Responsibility:
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize board meetings, annual general meetings, and committee meetings, ensuring alignment with GHRA’s calendar and bylaws.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare agendas, compile board packets, take detailed meeting minutes, and maintain accurate records of board actions and decisions.
- Communication & Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact between board members, the executive team, and key stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Follow-up on action items, project deadlines and provide status update as directed by the committee.
- Governance Support: Track board member terms, committee assignments, attendance, and compliance with GHRA’s cooperative governance policies.

Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, ideally supporting boards or senior leadership in a nonprofit or cooperative environment
- Familiarity with cooperative governance principles or nonprofit board structures
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Primary Responsibility:

The Delivery Yard Driver also ensures all operations are compliant with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

- Pull trucks off the loading dock as needed.
- Inspect and verify that all truck and trailer locks are functioning properly.

Driver Helper
General Summary:
Reports to Transportation Supervisor
Primary Responsibility:
Assist company drivers with all deliveries. The Driver Helper’s responsibilities include loading and unloading products by hand or by use of hand trucks, collecting all Return products and empty totes upon approval by customer service, and ensuring that the delivery vehicle is always clean.

General Summary:
Reports to Inventory Supervisor
Accountable for the fluid movement of pallets and products received in a safe and accurate manner.
Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, count merchandise and to create pallet modules. Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.
Essential Functions:
- Unloads inbound shipments safely
- Moves product to storage locations
- Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas

RMA Inventory Specialist
General Summary:
Reports to the Inventory Supervisor
The RMA Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing data and analytical support for GHRA’s inventory team.
Primary Responsibility:
The RMA Specialist will work hand in hand with the Inventory Team to ensure GHRA maintains accuracy within item attributes for the warehouse, inventory counts, maintaining expiration spreadsheet, systematically moving inventory that affect retail operations, GHRA members, category managers, and floor personnel.
Essential Functions:
- Process all inbound / out POD reports
- Record and process all tote returns from members
- Research / process all returns from member stores, validate if it’s an inventory item or non-inventory item
- Process and issues all credit returns
- Provide detailed Customer issue resolutions, by contacting members and providing documentation of the conversation.
- Report out daily total POD’s for the day and make sure all PODS are returned daily

Van Delivery Driver
General Summary:
The Van Delivery Driver/Driver Helper position will be responsible for transporting grocery deliveries and hotshot deliveries utilizing a cargo van. When there are no grocery orders or hotshot deliveries the employee will work as a promo driver, or driver helper for the transportation department. This position is also expected to transition into a route driver position after successfully demonstrating the correct attitude and aptitude for the position.
Primary Responsibility:
The Van Grocery Driver/ Driver Helper position will deliver promotional product within GHRA delivery zones, and ride as a driver helper on other occasion. They will be responsible for efficiently and safely delivering product to our members. They are expected to maintain their company vehicle in proper working condition and maintain a safe driver record. When working as a driver helper they are expected to assist and learn the entire delivery process from the driver.
Van Delivery Driver/ driver helper requirements:
- Report to dispatch at required start times.
- Do a pre-trip of van.
- Log into route tablet.
- Check paperwork matches route in tablet and the product.
- Log on duty in tablet.
- Load product in van.
- Arrive and depart each stop at the required times.
- Greet the member, verify it is the correct address, deliver product.
- Have member sign for product and take picture of the completed POD.
- Notate on POD any refusals and returns with explanations.
- Complete entire route and inform dispatch if for reason you cannot.
- Upon return to terminal, bring all returns to the RMA specialist.
- Do a post-trip on your unit and inform dispatch of any findings.
- Place your tablet on charger and clock out.
To transition into a route driver, the employee must learn as an driver helper and demonstrate a sustain history of the following capabilities and knowledge:
- clocking in within the required start times and in proper uniform.
- performing proper pre-trips,
- acquire and maintain the proper license and attain a DOT medical card.
- checking paperwork matches route, including having the correct pallets and cold totes.
- logging into their route tablets, electronic logs books, and connecting to their units.
- departing the yard within the departure time limit.
- following delivery procedures at stops, such as counting tobacco, grocery, and cold totes.
- Arriving and departing from delivery stops in their tablets.
- filling out PODs and taking pictures of PODs with tablet.
- meeting stop time requirement at all stops.
- giving great customer service and relating any problems to dispatch.
- unloading their van/truck upon return to yard.
- completing proper post trip.
- returning empty totes and returns with RMA specialist.
- returning keys, PODs, and placing their tablets on charging stand.
- clocking out within requirement time frame.
Understand and comply with FMCSA compliance and DOT Policies.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
- Valid Class C or higher driver license
- Over 23 year of age
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn driver technologies such as Maven and Samsara ELD devices.
Physical Requirements:
- May be standing or sitting for extend period of times
- Able to lift/push a minimum of 50 lbs.
