General Summary:

Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for Wrapping all pallets and staging at right spot

 

Essential Functions:

  • Wraps pallet correctly
  • Stages pallet according to the routes
  • Writes down all pallet weights
  • Assists validator for water pallets
  • Keeps floor and delivery area clean
  • Maintains clean and safe work environment
  • Accountable for maintaining pertinent company assets

Grocery Stocker

Sunday - Thursday - 3rd shift

The Greater Houston Retailers Cooperative Association, Incis one of the leading independent convenience store cooperatives in the nation. GHRA provides many benefits and values to its members. GHRA operates a full service warehouse and distribution center supplying goods and services to the convenience store industry.

The Night Shift Grocery Stocker is responsible for ensuring the smooth replenishment and maintenance of store goods during overnight hours.

Primary Responsibility: The Grocery Stocker is accountable for the efficient flow of merchandise from delivery to its placement on the sales floor or internal storage. This includes unpacking, processing, organizing, and stocking items in an orderly manner while ensuring that all products are properly labeled, priced, and easily accessible.

Essential Functions:

  • Enhances the brand image of both the products and the store, and positively impact the customer experience
  • Ensures that all items are stocked and area is ready for customers to shop
  • Ensures that warehouse is clean and safe to shop
  • Sorts grocery items and assigns them with relevant labels and price tags
  • Stacks goods in an organized manner in the store shelves

General Summary:

Reports to the Inventory Supervisor

The Inventory Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing data, analytical support, and physical cycle count to the Inventory Supervisor.

Primary Responsibility:

The Inventory Specialist will work hand in hand with the inventory team to ensure GHRA maintains accuracy within item attributes for the warehouse, the OOS report, order selecting variances, customer returns and the cash n carry operation with effective problem solving.  This position will be responsible for resolving inventory related issues such as, inventory counts, maintaining expiration spreadsheet, systematically moving inventory that affect retail operations, GHRA members, category managers, and floor personnel.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with identifying SKU discrepancy’s in our master file daily
  • Assist with synchronizing data across GHRA’s systems
  • Run a daily “Zero Shipped Report” and create count group(s) to support the outbound process
  • Audit the pallet module
  • Maintain and update inventory records
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Resolve zero shipped items that are in stock
  • Provide slow moving inventory reports to the procurement team / inventory supervisor
  • Effectively manage short dated products out to C n C
  • Assist the Procurement team with inbound PO discrepancy’s
  • Must be able to work Flexible hours, Saturday to Wednesday / Sunday to Thursday. Schedules can change based on Inventory Supervisors needs (example: 7pm to 4am)
  • Perform all duties requested by Inventory Supervisor
  • Log all adjustment by reason
  • 20% use of a forklift

General Summary:

Reports to Receiving Supervisor and partners with accounting

Plans, organizes, and monitors all shipping and receiving functions. Responsible for movement and storage of all products received from suppliers. Ensures a smooth and consistent operation so products are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner.

 

Primary Responsibility:

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in shipping, receiving and stocking of inventory. Verifies all record keeping on incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensures all deliveries are properly input into warehouse management system.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Prepares bills of lading, checks items to be shipped against orders to verify that quantities and ensures the destination and routing are correct
  • Receives and unloads incoming products and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment
  • Processes return shipments from customers
  • Sorts, counts, packages, labels, unpacks and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received
  • Inspects shipments for damage or defects

Primary Responsibility:
This position is an individual contributor role focused on driving new sales and acquiring new customers for warehouse services. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly by targeting potential customers and expanding sales within existing assigned accounts. Additionally, the role involves actively responding to customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships to foster repeat business. Essential Functions:
1. New Business Development:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers for warehouse services.
  • Generate and pursue new sales opportunities within targeted markets.
  • Establish a pipeline of leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Sales Growth & Account Management:

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:
