General Summary:
Reports to Transportation Supervisor
Responsible for transporting, unloading and staging merchandise at customer locations.
Primary Responsibility:
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries. Ensures proper product returns and accurate invoicing. Ensures deliveries are in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the transportation of products to customer locations
- Unloads, stages and verifies products properly at customer locations
- Ensures proper documentation of all returns
- Delivers all returned product and empty totes back to the warehouse daily
- Accountable for all assigned company assets

Qualifications
Experience and Skills:

Accountable for the fluid movement of pallets and products received in a safe and accurate manner.
Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, count merchandise and to create pallet modules. Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.
Essential Functions:
- Unloads inbound shipments safely
- Moves product to storage locations
- Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas
- Ensures inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
- Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
- Loads, unloads, moves, stacks, and stages product and materials using a forklift
- Maintains the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
- Inspects and performs minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment
- Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
- Keeps appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory controls and security is maintained
- Assists in physical inventories and ensures proper stock rotation
- Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area

Responsible for Merging/Wrapping all pallets and staging at right spot.
Essential Functions:
- Place totes on groceries pallets
- Scanned the totes and merged through the RF Gun
- Responsible to make sure products are intact
- Responsible to report to supervisor/lead for damaged products
- Keeps floor and delivery area clean
- Maintains clean and safe work environment
- Accountable for maintaining pertinent company assets
- To provide daily tasks accomplishments to supervisor before end of the shift.
- To perform all other additional tasks assigned by supervisor.

The Night Shift Grocery Stocker is responsible for ensuring the smooth replenishment and maintenance of store goods during overnight hours.
Primary Responsibility: The Grocery Stocker is accountable for the efficient flow of merchandise from delivery to its placement on the sales floor or internal storage. This includes unpacking, processing, organizing, and stocking items in an orderly manner while ensuring that all products are properly labeled, priced, and easily accessible.
Essential Functions:
- Enhances the brand image of both the products and the store, and positively impact the customer experience
- Ensures that all items are stocked and area is ready for customers to shop
- Ensures that warehouse is clean and safe to shop
- Sorts grocery items and assigns them with relevant labels and price tags

Order Selector
General Summary:
Reports to Order Selector Supervisor
Builds customer orders through pre-packed order totes. Stages customer orders for proper loading into delivery trucks.
Primary Responsibility:
Accurate palletizing of customer orders to meet dispatch times. Responsible for palletizing of customer orders for shipment and placing all orders in proper sequence for loading. Loads all pallets using scanner equipment at a required rate to meet dispatch schedule.

- Compiles preloaded totes on to pallets for delivery

Receiving Lumper
General Summary:
Reports to the Receiving Supervisor
Primary Responsibility:
The Lumper role is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. The successful candidate will take instruction and perform all required job duties and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality standards.
Essential Functions:
- Palletize product (stack on pallets) according to weight and product type
- Assist in loading and unloading product from trucks as required
- Breakdown and separate pallets when they are too high or of mixed product type
- Run palletized product for storage
- Communicate with scheduler and receivers for the daily workload.
- Offload inbound trucks in a timely manner.
- Examines articles for defects and separate defective product onto pallets for damaged goods
- Comply with safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
