General Summary:

Reports to Director of Supply Chain Procurement

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing and preparing business models, data analysis, dashboards/visualization, and trend reports to assist in the evaluation of key business and product opportunities. The information you curate will be used to determine current and future business strategies while the company is going through a period of certain changes.

In addition, this job is responsible for creating support tools to assist with daily business operations.

  • Create reports for Executives/management, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
  • Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
  • Structure large data sets to find usable information.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
  • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.

Primary Responsibility:

  • Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
  • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets.
  • Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
  • Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
  • Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry.
  • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

  • Perform research to identify data issues and develop/create solutions for managing data quality and integrity.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • 2-3+ years of experience using data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and tables
  • Confidence working with Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, etc.)
  • Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.

General Summary:

The Van Delivery Driver/Driver Helper position will be responsible for transporting grocery deliveries and hotshot deliveries utilizing a cargo van. When there are no grocery orders or hotshot deliveries the employee will work as a promo driver, or driver helper for the transportation department. This position is also expected to transition into a route driver position after successfully demonstrating the correct attitude and aptitude for the position.

 Primary Responsibility:

The Van Grocery Driver/ Driver Helper position will deliver promotional product within GHRA delivery zones, and ride as a driver helper on other occasion. They will be responsible for efficiently and safely delivering product to our members. They are expected to maintain their company vehicle in proper working condition and maintain a safe driver record. When working as a driver helper they are expected to assist and learn the entire delivery process from the driver.

Van Delivery Driver/ driver helper requirements:

  • Report to dispatch at required start times.
  • Do a pre-trip of van.
  • Log into route tablet.
  • Check paperwork matches route in tablet and the product.
  • Log on duty in tablet.
  • Load product in van.
  • Arrive and depart each stop at the required times.
  • Greet the member, verify it is the correct address, deliver product.
  • Have member sign for product and take picture of the completed POD.
  • Notate on POD any refusals and returns with explanations.
  • Complete entire route and inform dispatch if for reason you cannot.
  • Upon return to terminal, bring all returns to the RMA specialist.
  • Do a post-trip on your unit and inform dispatch of any findings.
  • Place your tablet on charger and clock out.

To transition into a route driver, the employee must learn as an driver helper and demonstrate a sustain history of the following capabilities and knowledge:

  • clocking in within the required start times and in proper uniform.
  • performing proper pre-trips,
  • acquire and maintain the proper license and attain a DOT medical card.
  • checking paperwork matches route, including having the correct pallets and cold totes.
  • logging into their route tablets, electronic logs books, and connecting to their units.

The Tobacco Lead will work hand in hand with the Tobacco Manager to ensure GHRA Warehouse and distribution members are always served with excellent customer service, with least out of stocks and the best shopping experience.

Primary Responsibility:

This position will be responsible for maintaining guidance and support of employees within the department. This position is also responsible for providing reports such as employee schedules, assigned breaks, receiving product, participation in tobacco inventory, and distributing the workload of the associates. 
Tobacco Lead is responsible for all tobacco items received and ready to be stocked in a timely manner. Uses a scanner for product movement and uses equipment in a safe manner. Manage all the returns and upload all tobacco promotion in web portal. The Tobacco lead will also assist tobacco manager placing support orders/replenishment of products with GHRA vendors/suppliers.

Essential Functions:
•    Maintain current on all training items to meet company policies.
•    Accountably for all items received correctly and in excellent quality. 
•    Report any inconsistencies to the tobacco manager.
•    Manage all the customer returns, single can returns, damage return, special returns, & product recall etc.
•    Record retention followed and maintained.
•    Maintain stock level of 98%
•    Schedules associates for work as needed to ensure coverage and minimize overtime. 
•    Enter all the Promotion Products allocation in the system according to the deadline
•    Keep the Promo Excel File updated.
•    Pickup all Return Tobacco from Customer Service every day and verify all the returned tobacco from the System. 
•    Shipping all returned product back to current vendors/suppliers.
•    Ensure that all items are stocked, and area is ready for customers to shop.
•    Ensure that Tobacco area of the warehouse is always clean and ready to open on time.
•    Ensures that all items are received in a timely manner.

General Summary:

Accountable for selecting items for customers’ orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Primary Responsibility:

Selects and picks each item in accordance with standard procedures. Places selected items in assigned loading areas. Ensures a safe and clean work environment to prevent injuries.

  • Transfers electronically selected orders into distribution bins

General Summary:

Reports to Receiving Supervisor and partners with accounting

Plans, organizes, and monitors all shipping and receiving functions. Responsible for movement and storage of all products received from suppliers. Ensures a smooth and consistent operation so products are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibility:

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in shipping, receiving and stocking of inventory. Verifies all record keeping on incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensures all deliveries are properly input into warehouse management system.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepares bills of lading, checks items to be shipped against orders to verify that quantities and ensures the destination and routing are correct
  • Receives and unloads incoming products and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment
  • Processes return shipments from customers
  • Sorts, counts, packages, labels, unpacks and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received
  • Inspects shipments for damage or defects
  • Records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor
  • Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments
  • Maintains department database and completes work orders
  • Prepares routine reports and files shipping/receiving records

The Night Shift Grocery Stocker is responsible for ensuring the smooth replenishment and maintenance of store goods during overnight hours.

Primary Responsibility: The Grocery Stocker is accountable for the efficient flow of merchandise from delivery to its placement on the sales floor or internal storage. This includes unpacking, processing, organizing, and stocking items in an orderly manner while ensuring that all products are properly labeled, priced, and easily accessible.

Essential Functions:

  • Enhances the brand image of both the products and the store, and positively impact the customer experience
  • Ensures that all items are stocked and area is ready for customers to shop
  • Ensures that warehouse is clean and safe to shop

Warehouse Marketing Coordinator

The Warehouse Marketing Coordinator oversees administrative tasks, marketing activities, and promotional materials to ensure efficient execution of marketing strategies and operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities: The Warehouse Marketing Coordinator supports the Category Management team by handling administrative tasks and marketing activities. This includes managing Planograms (POGs) and coordinating promotional materials. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies and enhancing operational efficiency.

Essential Functions:

      Planogram (POG) Management:

  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of Planograms in collaboration with Category Managers.
  • Communicate relevant information to members.
  • Communicate the availability of updated planograms to the reset team.

     Marketing Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Category Managers to ensure no gaps of promotional and new items for featured promotions.
  • Design all advertising materials based on promotional information provided by Category Management team, to include but not limited to monthly magazine, weekly newsletter, app ads, in-house advertising and social media. Review and proof final magazine layouts for accuracy, making necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in managing printing and distribution by collaborating with external vendor.
  • Assist the Category Management Team to coordinate the execution of promo endcaps.
  • Coordinate the communication of promo pricing to applicable internal teams.

  Events Coordination:

  • Coordinate with vendors participating in seasonal events and administer promotional submissions.
  • Ensure smooth event planning and execution by coordinating details, communicating with members, vendors and internal stakeholders, and overseeing signage and décor
  • Act as liaison for trade shows

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or administrative support role, ideally in a warehouse or retail setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Data Analyst

General Summary:

Reports to Director of Supply Chain Procurement

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing and preparing business models, data analysis, dashboards/visualization, and trend reports to assist in the evaluation of key business and product opportunities. The information you curate will be used to determine current and future business strategies while the company is going through a period of certain changes.

In addition, this job is responsible for creating support tools to assist with daily business operations.

  • Create reports for Executives/management, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
  • Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
  • Structure large data sets to find usable information.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
  • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.

Primary Responsibility:

  • Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
  • Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets.
  • Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
  • Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
  • Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry.
  • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Data Analysis/Visualization

  • Perform research to identify data issues and develop/create solutions for managing data quality and integrity.
  • Responsible for collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting sales data to evaluate performance measured against sales targets to increase sales productivity.
  • Research and evaluate economic, market, industry and customer growth trends and conditions.
  • Monitor competitor activity on a weekly basis and update systems as needed.

Effective Communications

  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Business Acumen

  • Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

ERP System Knowledge

  • Experience with ERP systems, PowerBI, or any additional tools.
  • Knowledge of database and application software, concepts, and structures, as well as ERP implementation preferred.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • 2-3+ years of experience using data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and tables
  • Confidence working with Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, etc.)
  • Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python a plus.
  • Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
  • Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel to be used for data set analyzing.
  • Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets to find solutions.

General Summary:

Accurately process Delivery orders and help shipping supervisor to complete daily orders to be delivered. Eliminates/reduces out of stocks of products in the warehouse but not picked by the puller.

Primary Responsibility:

Ensures accurate scanning and pulling of all items being ordered.  Reduces out of stocks of items in the warehouse but not picked. Communicate with customers for out of stock, add and missing items.

Essential Functions:

  • Check orders and maintain pick pack report.
  • Provides answers to add and missing item-related queries.
  • Scan items if not matched with the order received.
  • Print orders received and provide to puller.
  • Spot count and verifies accuracy of tobacco products.
  • Stays up to date on all promotions and special offers.
  • Maintains accurate records of transactions.
  • Price changes of certain items in special circumstances.
  • Coordinate with Floor employees and packer for out of stock products.
  • Maybe required to assist in other areas such as Packing, counting product and clean-up.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • Ability to complete assigned shifts
  • Desire to grow in job, good judgment, adaptability, and organized
  • Basic mathematical knowledge

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

Physical Requirements:
