Member Services Representative
General Summary:
Market Sales Supervisor
The Merchandiser is responsible for making sure all the stores within an assigned territory are compliant to customer marketing agreements (CMAs), including proper Plan-O-Gram, product placements, point-of-sale materials, shelf tags, and displays. In addition, MSRs can work with member store personnel to add products, promotions, or programs into the store.
Primary Responsibility:
Complete quarterly survey forms to make sure stores are in compliance to receive all rebate funding available from vendors/manufacturers. Each MSR will monitor our member’s outlets participation of programs on a monthly-basis and take appropriate action to keep stores within terms of agreed upon contracts/programs, while encouraging them to participate in additional programs/promotions from Warehouse.
Essential Functions:
- Achieve and/or exceed strategic sales growth metrics using surveys for compliance and participation.
- Responsible for managing time to cover all assigned stores within the prescribed deadlines.
- Communicate on an agreed upon frequency with members through phone calls, store visits, and emails. Communicate all required paperwork to GHRA on in a complete manner and on a timely basis.
- Ensure GHRA stores execute promotional activity and merchandising requirements per GHRA Corporate and Warehouse retail agreements.
- Execute required surveys accurately & efficiently.
- Work in tandem with Field Consultant to be consulting with our members ensuring we are providing all the program services and value promised.
- Inspecting and ensuring all the member requirements are being satisfied for GHRA programs and agreed upon merchandising planograms.
- Ensure that GHRA merchandise is labeled, fronted, priced, stocked, and rotated appropriately
- This individual should possess strong organizational skills, time management, and customer engagement skills.
Qualifications
- 21+ years of age.
- 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience in convenience store/CPG industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexible schedule; able to travel as required.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record

General Summary:
Reports to Front End Supervisor
Accountable for providing customer service, secretarial, clerical and administrative support with the purpose of ensuring that company’s front office is functioning in an effective and efficient manner.
Primary Responsibility:

Primary Responsibility:
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries. Ensures proper product returns and accurate invoicing. Ensures deliveries are in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the transportation of products to customer locations
- Unloads, stages and verifies products properly at customer locations
- Ensures proper documentation of all returns
- Delivers all returned product and empty totes back to the warehouse daily

Grocery Inventory Validator
General Summary:
Reports to Inventory Supervisor
Accurately process Delivery orders and help shipping supervisor to complete daily orders to be delivered. Eliminates/reduces out of stocks of products in the warehouse but not picked by the puller.
Primary Responsibility:
Ensures accurate scanning and pulling of all items being ordered. Reduces out of stocks of items in the warehouse but not picked. Communicate with customers for out of stock, add and missing items.
Essential Functions:
- Check orders and maintain pick pack report.
- Provides answers to add and missing item-related queries.
- Scan items if not matched with the order received.
- Print orders received and provide to puller.
- Spot count and verifies accuracy of tobacco products.
- Stays up to date on all promotions and special offers.

- Price changes of certain items in special circumstances.

Inventory Specialist
General Summary:
Reports to the Inventory Supervisor
The Inventory Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing data, analytical support, and physical cycle count to the Inventory Supervisor.
Primary Responsibility:
The Inventory Specialist will work hand in hand with the inventory team to ensure GHRA maintains accuracy within item attributes for the warehouse, the OOS report, order selecting variances, customer returns and the cash n carry operation with effective problem solving. This position will be responsible for resolving inventory related issues such as, inventory counts, maintaining expiration spreadsheet, systematically moving inventory that affect retail operations, GHRA members, category managers, and floor personnel.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with identifying SKU discrepancy’s in our master file daily
- Assist with synchronizing data across GHRA’s systems
- Run a daily “Zero Shipped Report” and create count group(s) to support the outbound process
- Audit the pallet module
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Resolve zero shipped items that are in stock
- Provide slow moving inventory reports to the procurement team / inventory supervisor
- Effectively manage short dated products out to C n C
- Assist the Procurement team with inbound PO discrepancy’s
- Must be able to work Flexible hours, Saturday to Wednesday / Sunday to Thursday. Schedules can change based on Inventory Supervisors needs (example: 7pm to 4am)

Order Selection Forklift Operator
General Summary:
Reports to Order Selector Supervisor
Accountable for the fluid movement of pallets and products received in a safe and accurate manner.
Primary Responsibility:
Responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, count merchandise and to create pallet modules. Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.
Essential Functions:
- Unloads inbound shipments safely
- Moves product to storage locations
- Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas
- Ensures inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
- Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
- Loads, unloads, moves, stacks, and stages product and materials using a forklift

Van Delivery Driver
General Summary:
The Van Delivery Driver/Driver Helper position will be responsible for transporting grocery deliveries and hotshot deliveries utilizing a cargo van. When there are no grocery orders or hotshot deliveries the employee will work as a promo driver, or driver helper for the transportation department. This position is also expected to transition into a route driver position after successfully demonstrating the correct attitude and aptitude for the position.
Primary Responsibility:
The Van Grocery Driver/ Driver Helper position will deliver promotional product within GHRA delivery zones, and ride as a driver helper on other occasion. They will be responsible for efficiently and safely delivering product to our members. They are expected to maintain their company vehicle in proper working condition and maintain a safe driver record. When working as a driver helper they are expected to assist and learn the entire delivery process from the driver.
Van Delivery Driver/ driver helper requirements:
- Report to dispatch at required start times.
- Do a pre-trip of van.
- Log into route tablet.
- Check paperwork matches route in tablet and the product.
- Log on duty in tablet.
- Load product in van.
- Arrive and depart each stop at the required times.
- Greet the member, verify it is the correct address, deliver product.
- Have member sign for product and take picture of the completed POD.
- Notate on POD any refusals and returns with explanations.
- Complete entire route and inform dispatch if for reason you cannot.
- Upon return to terminal, bring all returns to the RMA specialist.
- Do a post-trip on your unit and inform dispatch of any findings.
- Place your tablet on charger and clock out.
To transition into a route driver, the employee must learn as an driver helper and demonstrate a sustain history of the following capabilities and knowledge:

General Summary:
Reports to Shipping Supervisor. Responsible for moving products from staging area to delivery trucks.
Primary Responsibility:
Maintain accurate distribution of palletized customer orders. Required to complete work assignment to meet dispatch times.

- Required to operate box trucks in the truck yard. Must have valid Driver License.
