The GHRA has several approved vendors for its members. These vendors provide products and services of interest to the convenience store industry. Our vendors are multi-national companies like Coca-Cola Bottling Group and the Pepsi Cola Bottling Group, to regional small businesses like Global Coffee Company and ProActive Services.

 

Our negotiations team is busy year around dealing with prospective vendors meetings, and existing vendor meetings. The purpose of these meetings is varied and varies from vendor to vendor. Our team makes every effort to dialogue with prospective vendors as much as possible despite other underlining obligations. We urge every prospective vendor to signup as a prospective vendor using this tab. You may upload a Business Proposal, and any company or product brochures.

 

Please include the following in the business proposal:

• Company background
• Special pricing and incentives for the association based on product categories or service frequencies
• Operations and distribution. If relevant, frequency of serviceability and taking orders
• Potential market in the Houston region, state-wide, and nationally
• Existing customers in the Houston region, in the state, and nationally
• Scope of your marketing efforts
• Any significance to the competition
• The basic question: how would both parties benefit with this proposal

Once we receive your prospective vendor application, we will review your proposal and analyze to see if there exists a fit. Please use your login information to check your status online. We will contact you if we require more information or documents to make a meeting decision. If we do decide to see you, you will be notified both online and by phone.
