Member Services Representative – Food Service

General Summary:

Reports to GHRA Food Services Operations Manager

The members services representative position embodies any and all of the GHRA food service brands in an assigned territory.  The positions major responsibilities will be in assisting the food service operations manager with Big Madre Tacos and Tortas new locations and ensuring the quality of our food.  Additionally, the MSR will certify all members consistently meet the standards of the brand while also achieving both financial and department goals set for the territory. It is responsible for all aspects of the store operation and is the resident expert for Big Madre Tacos y Tortas and field issues related to future brands.   Assists members in executing the agreed to programming through various supply partners. Fosters strong business relationships with members and drives the brands marketing efforts within the assigned territory.   

Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for the quality and consistency in taste of Big Madre Taco Y Totras food items. Responsible for working with members to help achieve their goals by monitoring operations and performing monthly evaluations and follow-ups. You will also ensure operational standards through guidance and training, improve management skills and provide sound advice to increase profitability at branded member stores. Provide administrative support for offer/termination letters, special reports, background checks, verification of employment; mail distribution; confidential filing; phone coverage, scanning and indexing employee files; processes invoices; and orders supplies.

Essential Functions:

    • Ensure all team members practice strict recipe adherence and food standards and portion control recommended by the company.
    • Ensures all employees associated with a brand are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction.
  • Quality Control
    • Evaluates each assigned store for the correct execution of the brands QSC standards

  • Provides effective training and follow-up of new products, programs, and changes
    • Provides effective training and follow-up of new products, programs, and changes
  • Health and Safety
    • Upholds company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our Guests and employees.


  • Minimum 3 years cooking experience in a busy restaurant
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Auto insurance
  • Clean driving record


  • Bilingual – Spanish/English

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Food Safety Manager Certified and current

Physical Requirements:

  • May be traveling for extend period of times
  • May be standing for extend period of times
